Residential
Residential roofing, end to end
Find help with a leak or replacement, then explore the material choices that fit the roof. If the service is not obvious, the free inspection gives you a place to start.

Roof Replacement
Tear-off, decking check and a new system, built for hail country.
Roof Repair
Boots, flashing lines, valleys and storm-lifted shingles, fixed where the water actually enters.
Storm & Hail Damage
Damage documented against the dated NOAA record, handled calmly.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam and panel systems, compared honestly against shingles.
Roof Inspections
The free starting point for everything above: a walked roof and a straight verdict.
Roofing Shingles
Separate three-tab, architectural and designer profiles from impact ratings and installation details.
Commercial
Commercial roofs get their own playbook
A strip-center TPO roof and a two-story shingle roof fail differently, price differently and get scheduled differently. Lowell has plenty of both, so the commercial side gets its own pages instead of a paragraph at the bottom of this one.
Membrane roofing, restoration coatings and low-slope repair each have a full page under the commercial roofing hub, written for building owners and property managers rather than homeowners.

Choosing
Not sure which service you need?
Start from the symptom, not the catalog. Water inside, shingles in the yard or a visible sag points to roof repair, promptly. Hail over your street this spring points to a storm inspection even if nothing leaks yet.
A roof past its fifteenth year with curling or balding shingles is a repair-or-replace question, and there is a guide for exactly that call. And when you genuinely do not know, the free inspection exists so that not knowing costs you nothing.
Before you choose
Questions people ask before picking a service
Can one outfit really handle both a ten-shingle repair and a full replacement?
That is the normal shape of a local roofing operation. The same understanding of how water moves on a roof drives the smallest repair and the biggest tear-off; the difference is crew size and days on site.
Do I have to know what is wrong before I get in touch?
No. Describing the symptom is enough. Naming the actual problem is what the free inspection is for.
Do you install gutters or skylights?
Gutter, skylight and similar side trades are not offered as standalone services here. When one touches the roof work, like flashing a skylight during a replacement, it gets addressed inside that project's scope.
Is emergency help available?
Describe any active leak or exposed roof in your request. Temporary protection can be a separate need from the permanent repair. Safe access, weather and available arrangements determine what can happen.
